David Bockman is a passionate and energetic real estate professional in Austin, Texas. Originally from the Washington D.C. area, David moved to Austin in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy and diverse architecture. Before becoming a licensed agent, he worked with Luxury Presence, a leading real estate marketing firm, where he developed a strong foundation in digital branding and high-end client experience—skills he now brings to every listing and negotiation.

David lives in Travis Country with his dog Waco, a Shepherd Mix. He’s a former swimmer and baseball player who now stays active through training at Korrect Fitness, 10th Planet, and Black Swan Yoga. Health-conscious and community-oriented, David blends hustle with heart, guiding buyers and sellers through the Austin market with clarity, care, and a results-driven mindset.
